Here at Scottish Modified we aim to provide like minded car enthusiasts, like yourself, with an on-line resource where information can be exchanged on all aspects of modified car ownership within Scotland and, potentially, beyond.
This site operates around a central discussion forum broken down into easy to find categories detailing all sorts of questions and advice. As well as the forums; we also have an online "virtual" garage where you can detail every little modification and tweak you've carried out to your car. We aim to provide something for everyone.

The Scottish Modified Car Show (formerly Fast & Modified Show) is an annual event held at the Royal Highland Showground complex at Ingliston, Edinburgh. As the focal point of the year for the Scottish car enthusiasts it attracts visitors from far a field and it allows owners to come together to discuss their cars and enjoy a bit of banter.

Organised by the Subaru Impreza Drivers Club this event makes use of the small circuit at the Grampian Transport Museum in Alford, Aberdeenshire. It's a small intimate venue allowing spectators to get up and close to the cars attending.

» Knockhill Raceway - UK Time Attack Series '09 |
Watch some of the biggest tuning companies in the UK race it out against each other for the title of Time Attack Champion. With cars ranging from a "mere" 500bhp in the club class to nearly 1000bhp in the pro class it is one of the most nosiest, fast and exhilarating forms of motorsport on the go. Rules are simple - driver versus the clock.

One of the more greaceful, most of the time, forms of motorsport around at present with high performance cars drifting from corner to corner trying to catch the apex and give the biggest, longest and most smoke creating slide to gain points from the judges. Amazing when it all goes milimeter pefrect and just as entertaining when it all goes wrong. If you fancy getting your "Dori" on then come take a look.
